Cardoncelli Mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil

The Cardoncello mushroom variety is very typical of the area on the Murgia Pugliese hills and woods of Basilicata region. The mushroom has got a special consistency and versatility to all types of cooking. It can be eaten raw, grilled or breaded and fried. In general, any work done with the meat is excellent. Inside each jar you will find the freshness and intensity of each ingredient. These mushrooms, like all our products, are made without the use of additives, preservatives or chemicals aroma. Our extra virgin olive oil is always part of these tasty ingredients which gives a unique plus.

Ingredients: Mushrooms 60%, extra virgin olive oil 33%, wine vinegar, salt, parsley, garlic, laurel.
Ideal as: The Cardoncello can be eaten just out of the jar as a tasty appetizer or combined with smoked and cured meats. Great even if added to season vegetable salads, with cold pasta salads or rice.
Store: Please keep the jar in a dry and cool place, away from lights. After opening keep the product covered in its oil and consume within 20 days.
