Since 2018, we have been packaging our precious olive oil using this packaging: the oil is packaged in a bag protected by an elegant—and at the same time practical—box equipped with a dispenser.

Once you try this storage technique, you will not want to go back.

The bag protects the oil from light and contact with air which would alter the organoleptic properties of the oil, just as happens when you open a can and transfer the content into various bottles. Thanks to this technology, when the oil is dispensed from the tap, no oxygen enters the container.

This packaging has an eco-friendly soul: unlike traditional cans on the market, it is made of paper and therefore easily recyclable

Our EVO Oilalà Frantoio oil is exclusively obtained from Frantoio variety olives.

From the moment of the olive harvest, which takes place between the end of October and the beginning of November, to the milling in the mill, less than 4 hours pass.

In this way, we guarantee the freshness of the product and the perfect preservation of its organoleptic properties.

The milling occurs at cold temperatures using modern continuous cycle machines.

This allows for the preservation of the organoleptic characteristics of the EVO oil, retaining all the properties of the olives, the amount of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidant substances for the body.

Once the oil is extracted, we filter it to remove the last particles of olive pulp and vegetation water, which could over time deteriorate the integrity of the oil.

Only in this way can we extract the maximum quality from an excellent variety like Frantoio and obtain an oil that is extremely fresh, genuine, and with a distinctive taste.
