Our Monovariety Peranzana is the perfect choice for those who prefer a milder extra virgin olive oil with a sweet flavor. It is defined as a medium fruity olive oil, nevertheless it has got its own character.
This olive oil is produced by 100 % Peranzana olive harvested between October and November of each year. Oilalà ensures that the olives are brought to mill within 4 hours from olive picking with a cold pressing (25°) to guarantee the freshness of products for maintaining their organoleptic properties.
Enjoy the nice flavors of white fruit, lettuce and roasted almonds, slightly peppery aftertaste.
