Our Monovariety Peranzana is the perfect choice for those who prefer a milder extra virgin olive oil with a sweet flavor. It is defined as a medium fruity olive oil, nevertheless it has got its own character. This olive oil is produced by 100 % Peranzana olive harvested between October and November of each year. Oilalà ensures that the olives are brought to mill within 4 hours from olive picking with a cold pressing (25°) to guarantee the freshness of products for maintaining their organoleptic properties.
Enjoy the nice flavors of white fruit, lettuce and roasted almonds, slightly peppery aftertaste. Best to dress your seafood or fish salads, boiled fishes, steamed shrimps or more classical dishes like salads, pasta or raw vegetables.
