Description

4 types of extra virgin olive oil to satisfy every desire for taste and pairing.

The stars of this kit are our olive oils:

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coratina BIO

Olio Extravergine d’oliva Coratina: olio piccantino per eccellenza
The Coratina Bio Monocultivar is an extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Coratina organic olives.

It gives life to a prestigious organic oil with excellent organoleptic characteristics.

It has an intense fruity taste, and what makes this oil unique is its slightly bitter and pleasantly spicy tendency.

It is the excellence of olive oil, the one that “tingles in the throat”.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Peranzana BIO

Olio Extravergine d’oliva Coratina: olio piccantino per eccellenza
For lovers of delicate and sweet olive oil, our Monocultivar Peranzana is the right choice. It is characterized as an oil with a medium fruitiness and presents pleasant scents of white fruit, lettuce, and toasted almond notes with slight spicy hints at the finish.

As the name itself suggests, the Monocultivar Peranzana is an extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Peranzana olives, a single precious variety of olives that gives the oil a broader organoleptic profile.

PDO extra virgin organic olive oil Terra di Bari – Castel del Monte

Olio extravergine di oliva biologico DOP
The PDO Terra di Bari Castel del Monte extra virgin organic olive oil is a high quality olive oil.
A fine Apulian olive oil obtained from typical Apulian cultivars: Coratina (90%), Peranzana (5%) and Ogliarola (5%).

Cultivated with organic methods, in full respect of nature and man, on the slopes of Castel del Monte in the Apulia region, it is an expression of the authentic Apulian tradition.

The protected designation of origin (PDO) is a guarantee of compliance with a production cycle carried out within a limited area, with traditional production methods, which comply with the specific regulations of the industry.

Thanks to its high level of polyphenols, its fruity taste and pleasantly bitter aftertaste, this olive oil will pleasantly surprise you

It is ideal to be enjoyed raw on bruschetta, pinzimonio, salads, boiled meats and vegetables.

Roggianella Extra Virgin Olive Oil – A Balance of Aromas and Flavors

Olio Extravergine d’oliva Roggianella
Immerse yourself in the sensory richness of Roggianella extra virgin olive oil, a tribute to the wealth of Italian olive cultivation.

This oil, extracted from a cultivar typical of Calabria, presents a harmonious balance of aromas and flavors that enrich every dish with their simplicity and purity.

Medium Intensity Fruitiness: This oil is characterized by its medium fruitiness, with a golden-green color that precedes the scents that define its essence. Notes of fresh grass and almond combine with delicate hints of artichoke and a slight suggestion of tomato, creating a balanced and inviting olfactory experience.

Taste: The taste experience of Roggianella EVO oil reveals a harmony between bitterness and spiciness, both present to a medium extent and well balanced. This balance gives the oil a complex yet easily appreciable taste structure, making it versatile and suitable for various culinary uses.

Persistence and Final Notes: The Roggianella monocultivar EVO oil is distinguished by its decisive persistence, leaving a lasting impression on the palate. The finish is enriched by notes of fresh almond and a subtle recall of berries, adding an additional layer of complexity to the overall flavor.

Sacred Geometry for Our Inner Well-being

Olio extravergine di oliva biologico DOP
We have adopted symbolic elements that are part of the history of humanity and, as a result, are capable of combining aesthetics with meaning, and imprinting a memory on those who see them.
For example, we have included on the box and on the bottles of Monocultivar Coratina and Peranzana the “Flower of Life”: an ancient ancestral symbol that represents harmony and connection between man and nature.

Sacred geometries like the Flower of Life have been used for centuries as tools for harmonizing spaces and promoting the flow of positive energy.

On the bottle of Roggianella monocultivar extra virgin olive oil, you will find the sacred geometry “seed of life.”

This sacred geometric figure, formed by seven overlapping circles, embodies the genesis of existence, reflecting the harmony and perfection that permeate the universe. The circles, representing the seven days of creation, evoke a sense of unity and interconnectedness, emphasizing our belonging to a universal whole.

Our organic extra virgin olive oil, Oilalà, is enriched with the symbol of the Flower of Life because we believe it can contribute to the inner and outer well-being of the people who use it.

Why Choose Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Olio Extravergine d’oliva Coratina: olio per eccellenza
Choosing organic olive oil means nourishing oneself healthily: organic foods are grown and produced without the addition of pesticides, additives, and chemical fertilizers.
The absence of synthetic chemicals concerns all phases: from the cultivation of the olive trees, to the extraction and preservation of organic extra virgin olive oil.

Moreover, by choosing organic extra virgin olive oil, you will contribute to the protection of the environment.

Indeed, lands designated for organic agriculture are protected and safeguarded through the use of organic substances and the recourse to agricultural techniques that do not exploit the soil intensively.

Therefore, those who purchase organic extra virgin olive oil not only support the environment but also ensure a product that is guaranteed and free from negative repercussions on the health of their family.

The Production Method Plays a Fundamental Role

The Organic EVO Oilalà oil is derived from organically managed olive groves, without the use of pesticides or other chemical substances.

From the moment of the olive harvest, which takes place between the end of October and the beginning of November, to the milling in the mill, less than 4 hours pass.

In this way, we guarantee the freshness of the product and the perfect preservation of its organoleptic properties.

The milling occurs at cold temperatures using modern continuous cycle machines.

This allows for the preservation of the organoleptic characteristics of the EVO oil, retaining all the properties of the olives, the amount of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidant substances for the body.

Once the oil is extracted, we filter it to remove the last particles of olive pulp and vegetation water, which could over time deteriorate the integrity of the oil.

Only in this way can we extract the maximum quality from an excellent variety like Coratina and obtain an oil that is extremely fresh, genuine, and with a distinctive taste.

How to Recognize Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

European regulations require us producers to label the product with the words “from organic farming” and to affix the European organic logo: a leaf formed by twelve white stars on a green background with a comet in the center.

Next to it, you will find the control operator’s code and the control body’s code.

Moreover, we accompany our organic extra virgin olive oil with chemical analyses carried out by an accredited external laboratory.
