Puglia I.G.P. Red Wine – Production:

  • Grape Varieties: Primitivo – Aglianico – Syrah.

  • Vinification: After harvesting in the last week of September, a gentle maceration is followed by fermentation in stainless steel silos. This is followed by maturation in French oak barriques for 6 months. The process is completed with a 6-month bottle refinement.

  • Color: Intense red with a violet hue.
  • Aroma: With notes of candied orange, dried plum, berry jam, and hints of spices.
  • Taste: Full, warm, sweet and elegantly dry.

Vineyards

Nestled in the pristine nature of the Itria Valley, the vineyards of “Tenute Girolamo” stretch over calcareous soils, benefiting from the Salentine sun and wind. From Santa Rosa to Capo di Gallo, through Noceto and Pizzo Rosso, each vineyard contributes to the creation of refined wines, where the balance between tradition and modernity is always at the forefront.
