Vin Rosé – Production :

  • Variété de raisin : 70% Syrah – 30% Primitivo.
  • Domaine viticole : Tenute Girolamo
  • Zone de production : Vallée d’Itria.
  • Type de sol : Calcaire mélangé à de la terre rouge.
  • Altitude : 450m au-dessus du niveau de la mer.
  • Vinification : Les raisins subissent une macération pelliculaire à basse température (10°C) pendant quelques heures, après quoi le moût fleur est extrait. Suite à la décantation statique de ce dernier, la fermentation commence dans des cuves en acier à une température de 16°-18°C.

  • Couleur : Rose pâle.
  • Arôme : Fruité avec des notes de fraise, de fruits rouges des sous-bois et une intéressante finition balsamique.
  • Saveur : De bonne structure, frais, acidulé et savoureux.

  • Température de service : 12° C.
  • Teneur en alcool : 13% vol.

Vineyards

Nestled in the pristine nature of the Itria Valley, the vineyards of « Tenute Girolamo » stretch over calcareous soils, benefiting from the Salentine sun and wind. From Santa Rosa to Capo di Gallo, through Noceto and Pizzo Rosso, each vineyard contributes to the creation of refined wines, where the balance between tradition and modernity is always at the forefront.
