Rosé Wine – Production:

  • Grape Varieties: 70% Syrah – 30% Primitivo.
  • Winery: Tenute Girolamo
  • Production Area: Valle d’Itria.
  • Soil Type: Mixed calcareous and red earth.
  • Altitude: 450m above sea level.
  • Vinification: The grapes undergo a low-temperature (10° C) skin maceration for several hours, followed by the extraction of the flower must. After the static decantation of the latter, fermentation begins in steel at a temperature of 16°-18° C.
