Terms of Payment
Oilalà products can be directly purchased on our website and paid through Paypal, using the account or by using a credit/prepaid card on the Paypal encrypted circuit, without needing any registration.
During the process of order confirmation, the customer will be informed about the possibility of using two methods of payment, both on Paypal. Account users can proceed to checkout by logging in; credit and pre-paid card owners (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) can use the encryped service by inserting their credit card details.
When you use Paypal (account creation is free), your financial information will not be shared with the receiver of the payment. After the payment, you will receive the transaction receipt on e-mail.
Oilalà Srl does not store any credit card details on its server, because of the Paypal payment procedure, which ensures high security standards.
The costs of the international shipping are calculated as follows:
- in Italy, free shipping on orders over 59,00€. For smaller amounts, the cost is 5,00 €. The delivery time is about a workweek.
- in EU and UK, free shipping on orders over 150,00€. For smaller amounts, the cost is 20,00 €. The delivery time is about a workweek.
- In Germany and Austria, free shipping on orders over 59,00 €. For smaller amounts, the cost is 9,00 €. The delivery time is about a workweek.
- In Belgium and the Netherlands they are free above € 59.00. For lower amounts the cost is € 9.00. The times are approximately 1 working week.
- in Switzerland, free shipping on orders over 250,00€. For smaller amounts, the cost is 40,00 €. The delivery time is about a workweek.
- in USA, Canada, and United Arab Emirates, shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the total weight of the purchased products

Important! It’s not possibile to request a cancellation of orders that already have been dispatched. On cancelled deliveries or uncollected deliveries the company will be retaining any custom duties (this amount cannot be determined in advance)
IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We encourage you to carefully check the delivered goods and to sign with reservation if they are not completely intact. In the event of any damaged goods, please send an email within 5 working days to our customer care center.
