London International Health Olive Oil Competitions
Award: Platinum in 2018 and Gold Medal Quality in 2020
London International Health Olive Oil Competitions is an international competition which, unlike other competitions, aims to promote the beneficial properties of extra virgin olive oil.
In fact, they not only evaluate the organoleptic aspect of the oil but also the polyphenol content. The combination of these two elements gives a final score to the participant.
Here at Oilalà, we are extremely proud to have been awarded, in 2018, with the highest PLATINUM recognition and this year with a GOLD award for the quality of our oil. This is further evidence of how good our extra virgin olive oil is and is good for health.

NYIOOC – New York International Olive Oil Competition

The “NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition” is the largest and most prestigious competition that rewards the quality of the best extra virgin olive oils in the world. All those who win this prize rightfully enter the list of the best producers of Evo oil.
Oilalà has won for five consecutive years (from 2016 to 2020) the gold medal, which is the maximum prize obtainable in this competition. A recognition that certifies our ability, determination and obsessive attention to detail.
EVOOLEUM is the most certified European competition. Its mission is the selection of 100 best extra virgin olive oils in the world.

EVO International Olive Oil Contest

The EVO International Olive Oil Contest is an Italian competition that promotes and enhances the sector of the highest quality extra virgin olive oil by allowing access to the competition only to producers who are able to guarantee the traceability and provenance of the products presented.
In fact, the criteria for access to this competition are stringent and vary from: guaranteeing the origin of the olives from a homogeneous batch to supplying chemical analyses and panel tests from accredited laboratories.
To ensure the correct evaluation of the producers in the competition, a jury of excellence, composed only of industry experts recognized internationally.

The Olive Japan International Olive Oil Competition is the largest and most prestigious competition in Japan that rewards the quality of the best extra virgin olive oils and it is the major reference point for the entire Asian market.
It brings together only the best producers of extra virgin olive oils able to guarantee: integrity, traceability and professionalism.

The “Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition”, in addition to being one of the most important US and international competitions relating to the world of extra virgin olive oil, is also one of the longest-lasting.
In addition to attracting the world’s best producers of extra virgin olive oil, this competition also enrols an impressive number of judges with the task of tasting and evaluating the world’s best extra virgin olive oils.

Der Feinschmecker has been Germany’s leading food and lifestyle magazine for more than forty years. This is the only German magazine that examines the topic of extra virgin olive oil.
Since 2003, it has organized a tasting competition entitled: “Feinschmecker Olio Award” among the most renowned in the world. An international jury of experts comes to Hamburg every year to taste around 750 olive oils.
