Le Tradizioni is our line dedicated to regional olive oil excellence from all over Italy.
These olive oils are made to meet the taste of the most expert tasters but also for those looking for the taste of oil that recalls their childhood, depending on the region of origin.
The image of “Le Tradizioni” is deliberately traditional, linked to the peasant origins of
our country and to the work of the land as well as the work of the hands because with this line we want to address to all people who’s seeking for Italian spirit, tradition, concreteness, passion and humanity.
We produce the oils of the Le Tradizioni line starting from organically grown olive groves, without the use of pesticides or other chemical substances. We carry out all the processes within 4 hours of harvesting with the aim of preserving the high content of polyphenols and the organoleptic properties of these extra virgin olive oils.
